Q: I can’t seem to get all the bolts and parts to line up. Do I have the right brackets? Do I have the correct parts for my model / year?
Frames and body panels on new and used vehicles do have some variances. Common mistakes when installing new equipment is to tighten all the hardware as you go. Always leave as much of the hardware and fasteners as loose as possible until all components are assembled. Then go back a tighten everything.
Q: If I order a part and it’s not what I really want, can I return it and get my money back?
If you decide the part isn’t what you wanted, you may download a Return Authorization Form and contact us for a Return Authorization Code. Depending on the salability of item returned (condition of part and packaging), you may receive full or partial credit. You will most likely be responsible for shipping costs.
