Shipping & Returns
In most cases items will ship same day. Occasionally items will ship one to two days after the order is placed. If the item is not in stock and we anticipate it will be more than a week before shipping, we will contact you for further instructions.
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise that is defective upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email at email@example.com so that we can give you instructions for return and process your order for replacement or refund. Please include your name, order number, product name, and the specific problem you have encountered. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of product. Please note we do not accept returns for any reason except for products that are defective upon receipt. If, under our sole discretion, an item is accepted for return for reasons other than defect, the item is subject to restocking/repacking fees of from 20%. If your item arrived damaged we will require pictures of all sides of the box the item was shipped in, the shipping label and box or item label. Without these items a damaged claim can not be filed and the merchandise can not be returned or refunded.
Important! No items will be accepted for return without a specific return authorization. Please note that you must return the product to us within 14 days after you receive return instructions. Please include all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product and make sure it is packaged to avoid damage. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused for return.
Windshields must still have the protective film on both sides; if the film is removed, parts are non-returnable.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. To avoid costly returns, please contact us with any questions before you place your order. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
